Definition of Safety Shoes<\/b><\/p>\n

Safety shoes are one of the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that must be used by workers in dangerous work environments. Safety shoes function to protect the feet from work incidents or accidents. Its use can minimize risks or work accidents such as cracked feet due to being hit by hard objects, feet being punctured by sharp objects, chemical liquids, slipping in the work area, and burns. With many potential risks, safety shoes are a part of K3\/HSE that workers must use in the workplace.<\/span><\/p>\n

Safety shoes have different features according to their use. Generally, safety shoes have the following features: Water Resistant Upper (WRU), heel energy absorption, waterproof shoes, Electrical Hazard (EH), Anti-static shoes, and composite or steel toe cap.<\/span><\/p>\n
